Embleton Care Facility is an accredited aged care facility located in the inner north-east suburb of Embleton. We are located close to shops (Mt Lawley and Morley Galleria) and are conveniently located on or near bus and train links into the city and suburbs.
Originally established as Embleton Hospital over 30 years ago, the site has recently been redeveloped and is one of the most modern and comfortable facilities of its type in Western Australia.
Embleton Care does not belong to a chain or multi-national group. The facility has been owned and operated by the same family for over 30 years who are proud to continue the provision of personalised care. As a stand alone facility our owners, managers and staff are all located at the facility and are accessible by all residents and their families.
Embleton Care has single and double occupancy rooms for 82 residents who have either low or high care needs. The facility has full time on-site care team that includes registered nurses, trained carers and therapy staff that work together to maximise the health and independence of residents whilst providing a home-like environment.
Embleton Care has a strong belief in maintaining each resident’s values, customs and spiritual beliefs. We work with a number of community groups, cultural organisations and denominational churches to provide activities that meet the specific needs of residents and have developed specific areas throughout the facility that focus on different cultural backgrounds.
