Embleton Care Facility has residential suites for both low care (residents requiring only a small amount of assistance) and high care residents (requiring significant assistance).
We tailor our care to suit the specific needs of each resident and their family.
Registered Nurses are on site 24-hours a day to provide specialist nursing care. The Registered Nurses also oversee all care provided by our personal Carers, all of whom receive in house training on an ongoing basis.
The nursing team is supported by a comprehensive group of allied health team members including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Podiatrist who are on site several times each week. The team also utilises the services of contract Speech Therapists and Dieticians when required.
The resident usually remains under the medical care of their own general practitioner who will work with the care team to ensure that the resident receives all the medical care that they require.
Care focuses on key care standards outlined by the Accreditation and Standards Agency. Embleton Care was recently awarded the maximum three-year accreditation by the agency, demonstrating our commitment towards the highest level of care to all residents.
