Embleton Care is committed to providing the highest level of care to our residents. In order for that to occur, we have introduced significant management, quality and care processes. These processes ensure that the environment in which we work and live and the care that is provided to our residents is of the highest quality.
The Australian government has implemented a number of additional measures to ensure that the quality of care and services in Australian Government funded aged care homes is maximised. The government has undertaken a major assessment of all aspects of Embleton Care Facility including our staff, our management, the physical environment and the care that is provided to residents as part of the accreditation process.
Embleton has been awarded the maximum three-year accreditation from the Accreditation Agency after demonstrating that we have achieved all 44 of the quality standards. Accreditation was awarded after an audit of all documentation and a series of site interviews with staff, management, residents and family members.

Even after accreditation is awarded we continue to work towards maximising the level and quality of care provided to our residents. The Agency will also continue to monitor Embleton over the next three years to ensure residents continue to receive a high level of care and that all standards continue to be met.
Our dedication to quality has been recognised nationally when our chef was awarded a national innovation in food service. We have also been recognised nationally for our work implementing computerised care systems. The Minister of Ageing also highlighted our expertise in recognising cultural needs when we were featured in the Western Australian newspaper in 2005.
Details of these achievements can be found in our news section or by clicking here.
